Property Clean Up
Exodus of the property is a very important line item of an event. When entering the property it is very important to take pictures of the work areas. This insures any liability that may occur in the process of event execution and wrap up. A few line items that we recommend are…

~Most Important… Final Walk Through with Client
After all this, photos should be taken to insure any post complaints or issues that may concern. Remember, the customer always has their opinion. So keep an open mind and always be receptive to their needs.

Our most requested build-out.
Not too long ago, we got a request from a bride and groom, to build a multiple room, two story outdoor venue. They wanted outdoor high-tops, tented ‘indoor’ seating for dinner and dancing, a cigar room, sofas to lounge, an area for the bride and her bridesmaids to get ready, an area for the groom and the groomsmen get ready, and a beautifully lit star-like area for the ceremony.
It might be one of the largest build-outs we’ve ever done, and it came out absolutely spectacular! We were so happy with the results, as were our clients.
It can be difficult to find exactly what you’re looking for sometimes, but this couple proves that if you want it… we can build it. We always do our best to find a way.

Aloha celebrations.
Themed celebrations are always so fun! We get to really be creative and add to the theme with decor, specialty cocktails, delectable cuisine and so much creativity. It’s one of my favorite things about this line of work.
In the backyard of our clients home, we brought in tiki rentals, roasted a pig, made Mai-Tai’s and luau themed EVERYthing! The guests had a blast, as did our clients… and I’ll tell you what - we did too! We love what we do, and we make everything an experience to remember.
